As leader of our flagship product line, your job is to establish Verkada as the market leader for enterprise video security offerings. You’ll have a General Manager scope and broad cross-functional responsibilities, including defining the product roadmap and vision, identifying areas for growth, and ensuring our products are best-in-class for performance and reliability. Join us to develop technology that makes the world a safer place.Responsibilities:• Lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers to tackle a massive product category• Deeply understand current customer use cases and challenges with existing solutions• Develop and drive our Cameras roadmap to become the #1 player in the category• Identify new AI and computer vision technologies that will improve customer experiences and differentiate our offering• Define the feature set and offering that will help our customers protect their people and property• Launch into our established sales channel and reseller network. Own pricing, go-to-market positioning, and sales trainingRequirements:• Proven history of launching and scaling new B2B products. Former founders who have scaled products to $100M+ will do very well in this role• Ability to lead across strategy and execution. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package.
