Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate direct reports through pipeline reviews, managing daily and weekly activities, forecasts, and closed deals
• Work cross-functionally to align prioritization & resources amongst, sales, product, marketing, engineering, and operations
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivot as needed and adapt quickly to change
• Strategically problem solve, project manage multi-step deals, proactively address problems and surface scalable solutions
• Hire, develop, and lead a world-class team to meet or exceed quota
• A focus on using MEDDPICC sales methodology day-to-day; leading a MEDDIC certified sales team
• Running a team focused solely on selling into the public sector, and knowing the processes that align with that
Qualifications
• 2-5+ years in sales leadership with a true manager quota
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or achieving quarterly or annual goals, as both an individual contributor and leader
• Experience tracking outbound KPIs/metrics
• Channel knowledge and experience strongly preferred
• Experience with team collaboration and a desire to help others grow
• Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• History of developing strong internal and external business relationships across departments
• Experience running a full sales cycle, with demonstrated ability to prospect into, qualify, and close larger deals
• Public Sector sales experience is a bonus
