We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Channel Enablement Manager to join our team.
Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enable and empower our channel partners to achieve success with our networking and security solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders in partner marketing, channel sales and the field system engineering team to develop and execute a cohesive enablement strategy across these organizations. A strategic mindset and collaborative approach are required to enable pipeline growth by activating programs to enable our partners.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Enablement, this position will lead the programmatic approach to enable growth for channel partners, including service providers (SP), MSP, MSSPs, and VARs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive partner enablement programs, including onboarding, certification, and ongoing enablement.
- Work closely with channel account managers, and partner marketing to understand the unique needs of different markets and develop and implement scalable enablement programs.
- Conduct regular enablement sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate partners on our products, solutions, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for improvement and provide tailored enablement and resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as their main point of contact for enablement-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our enablement programs remain relevant and effective.
- Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve enablement programs and resources.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Cybersecurity, or a relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or a similar role within the networking/cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of networking and cybersecurity technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful enablement programs.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
