Vestiaire Collective is looking for  a Team Leader VIP & Logistics to join our Operations teams. This role is based in our Brooklyn Warehouse and is onsite Monday-Friday from 9:00am through 6:00pm.


About the role 🖥️
  • To lead the Warehouse and Consignment teams . To ensure the link between the Operation and Business teams is fluid and productive . Ensuring KPIs are met within the site operations and provide support and training where needed within the team. Ensure Warehouse tasks are completed within SLA . Manage the team and ensure all positions are filled .Support the other functions in the hub when required

  • Ensure that all Warehouse KPIs are met (Reception,Picking,Packing and Inventory control)
  • Deal with Logistics issues in a timely manner 
  • Ensure that 5S methodology is in place 
  • Be proactive in Continuous Improvement projects
  • Ensure that Consignment team KPIs are met 
  • Build a working relationship with the Business team 
  • Provide support to the wider operation when required 
  • Be first point of contact for the Hub teams HR queries 
  • To manage cost within the area
