People Operations Specialist (12-month contract)

VGW, an interactive entertainment company, is looking for a People Operations Specialist with experience in HRIS to join their team in Manila on a 12-month contract basis. The role involves providing support to HRIS users, updating HR system data, generating reports and analysis, and supporting various People Operations processes.

Skills

Proven work experience in General HR or understanding of HR processes
Exposure to Service Desk or Shared Services preferred
Proficiency in HRIS and ticketing systems advantageous
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Managing the contractor information system and ensuring data accuracy
Providing timely support to HRIS users
Building a Knowledge Base for incidents and improvements
Participating in setup, testing, and implementation of new processes
Delivering reporting and analytics in a timely manner
Conducting monthly data audits
Supporting the administration of People initiatives and policies
