Please contact us today to discuss this opportunity!Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with EPIC certification to join our healthcare analytics team. The BI Developer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing data reports and dashboards to support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working in healthcare analytics, with specific expertise in EPIC data models and reporting tools. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to deliver data-driven insights that improve patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards, using EPIC’s reporting tools such as Clarity, Caboodle, and Crystal Reports.• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from EPIC systems and other healthcare data sources to create meaningful analytics for stakeholders.• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.• Use EPIC-certified tools to develop customized reporting solutions that improve decision-making processes and support clinical and operational workflows.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, performance, and system integrations.• Perform data validation to ensure the accuracy and quality of all reports and dashboards.• Stay up-to-date with EPIC upgrades and new features, incorporating them into the BI environment as needed.• Provide training and support to end-users on how to access and utilize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.• Ensure all reporting solutions comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and data privacy standards.Requirements:• EPIC certification in one or more of the following: Clarity, Caboodle, Crystal Reports, or other relevant EPIC modules.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role in a healthcare environment.• Strong experience with healthcare data, including clinical, financial, and operational data sets.• Expertise in SQL for querying databases, extracting data, and building complex reports.• Knowledge of EPIC’s data structures and experience using EPIC’s reporting and BI tools (Clarity, Caboodle, etc.).• Proficient in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data into easy-to-understand insights for stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:• Familiarity with additional EPIC modules or certifications.• Experience with ETL tools and processes.• Experience working in a large healthcare organization or health system.• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).Application:If you are passionate about using data to drive better healthcare outcomes and have the necessary EPIC certifications and experience, we encourage you to apply!IND 005-010Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
