Head of Tax
Via is seeking a highly experienced Head of Tax to manage tax planning, strategy, and compliance at various levels. This role requires expertise in international taxation and execution.
Skills
- Experience in top tier public accounting firm or multi-national tax department
- Strong knowledge of international tax laws and treaties
- CPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver results and handle complex analysis
Responsibilities
- Design and implement tax strategies to support Via's global expansion
- Manage global tax calendar and compliance obligations
- Identify tax requirements for new markets and ensure timely registrations
- Oversee transfer pricing policy and documentation
- Collaborate with sales and pricing teams on tax considerations for contracts
- Prepare consolidated income tax provision for US parent and foreign operations
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field
