Job Title: Vice President, Client Leadership
Location: New York, NY
Duties: Provide guidance to project teams within an office, including resource management across the team and responsible for inspiring the team and building culture. Develop team to provide exceptional consultation and develop strategic initiatives to deliver profitable growth across team. Help define strategy, goals, and objectives for quantitative research studies for assigned accounts, as well as partner with New Business on new opportunities. Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and lead client discussions, as well as act as thought leader to clients showing how business outcomes are achieved via our offer. Conduct strategic account planning and execution for accounts. Translate data into insights that address key client business issues and present these insights to the client in a straight-forward manner. Monitor and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts. Little domestic travel for global workshops and international travel for client meetings
Work Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related social sciences field.
Minimum experience required: 7 years of experience in market research and advertising role.
Skills required: Must have 6 years experience with each: Market research across beverages, personal care, travel, tourism and/or utilities industries and sectors; developing, presenting, and defending client proposals, pitch documents, and sales materials to commercialize offers and improve new business win rates; operating in multi-layered international matrix organization to facilitate change across various teams within North America and globally; and designing, implementing, executing, and presenting brand guidance programs. Must have 3 years experience with each: Using specialized data analysis software, including Excel, Survey Reporter and/or SPSS; training, coaching, and mentoring teams on new approaches and analytical concepts; and distilling insights from large datasets and communicating in a visually impactful format. Must have 2 years experience with each: Selling new programs and concepts to clients to implement new approaches and tools; financial and commercial planning to improve commercial success; and using AI driven analytics platform to help develop the platform and sell to clients.
Salary: $145,392 to $200,900. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
