We are looking for a Secretary to join us and play a supportive role in undertaking a variety of administrative tasks.

YOU ARE

An excellent communicator with an Intermediate+ English level demonstrating such competencies as

• Ability to balance multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong management and organizational skills
• A client-oriented, proactive, and flexible attitude
• A team player approach
• Confidence in IT and computer packages
• Orientation to detail, and problem-solving

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Managing incoming correspondence, calls, and e-mails
• Responding to routine requests for information
• Providing secretarial support for working groups, meetings, seminars/courses, and workshops
• Contact database maintenance
• Composing, drafting, and adapting correspondence and documentation
• Providing effective consulting and expert support for L&D organization and all stakeholders
