The Vice President of CRM Technology is a trusted business partner responsible for technical delivery to support the Go-to-Market Organization, drive operational excellence, innovate, and deliver business results at MongoDB. You have seen what "good" looks like at scale in terms of both processes and technology. You are a creative thinker, you are collaborative, you are a problem solver and you find ways to continuously improve. You challenge the status quo, and do not accept the answer, "because it has always been this way", while supporting executives in making challenging and complex decisions that enable MongoDB to achieve strategic objectives.
