We are looking for a growth marketing executive to lead the B2B2C team responsible for increasing awareness and utilization of SWORD amongst end-users (members). This person will build and lead a team of Marketing Managers and Growth Marketers to drive and optimize member acquisition, activation and engagement. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and Analytics to drive SWORD’s mission to deliver the world’s most advanced musculoskeletal care to millions of people using technology.
As a senior leader in the business, you will mentor and grow a matrixed org of marketers, product managers, data/analytics and human powered teams. You will run experiments, campaigns and build new strategies, executing across multiple channels and tactics. The ideal fit is an experienced B2C marketing leader with exceptional aptitude for data, analytics, experimentation, leadership and strategy. You want to use these talents to deliver better health care to those who need it most.
What You'll Do
Build, lead, and mentor a best-in-class growth / member marketing teamDrive our member acquisition and member engagement strategies and results.- Leverage data and insights to drive experiments, unlock new strategies and make creative bets.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product positioning, messaging, and personas to drive awareness, consideration and conversion to its highest potential.
- Partner closely with product, operations and customer success.
- Refine existing capabilities and build new ones that further our competitive advantage by enabling the team with the right processes and systems to scale.
- Work with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to maximize enrollment and drive engagement in SWORD’s product.
- Identify new and optimize existing acquisition, activation and retention channels including email, direct mail, digital marketing, and landing pages.
- Invest in the tools and product roadmap necessary to measure performance and capture quantifiable & qualitative insights for all initiatives.
- Define, drive and measure KPIs for all initiatives.
Who You Are
10+ years experience in growth marketing, 3+ in a leadership position.- You’ve led growth or marketing in a modern D2C brand; digital healthcare and/or B2B2C experience is a plus (but not required).
- You are deeply curious about data, tactics and innovative approaches. Strong analytical ability and savviness with data and leading BI tools like Looker or Tableau; SQL skill is a plus.
- You love building high-performance teams and have experience doing so in a fast paced, rapidly evolving organization.
- You're never satisfied with the status quo - you are always looking for the next opportunity to improve performance.
- You communicate clearly and effectively across teams and levels and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders and teams around the company.
- You can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
- You get hands on when needed to help our teams - you know what it takes operationally day in and day out to bring the strategy to life including implementing technology/tools and analyzing performance.
- You bring people together to understand needs, identify options, form hypotheses, make decisions, and learn faster through feedback.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders and achieve a shared understanding and vision.
