DescriptionThis position is responsible for providing processing, operations and leadership support to the supervisor.Key Responsibilities:• Drives PACE of teams in processing rooms.• Leads and assists with processing and prioritizing of merchandise receipts in a highly productive manner• Leads and executes merchandise flow standards, processing center organization• Accepts inbound shipment and prepares outbound shipment• Completes cycle counts for database sku integrity• Understands, adheres to and reinforces brand standards• Supports physical inventory and markdowns• Assists supervisor in planning and organizing department goals by understanding priorities and takes a proactive approach to the flow of work• Effectively communicates with supervisor and associates both orally and in writing• Partners with supervisor to assist associates in building a team environment through strong floor performance and maintains a positive professional behavior at all times• Key person in coordinating the training of new hires and current associates• Promotes and takes an active interest in generating safety awarenessClick here for benefit details related to this position.
