Inspection Supervisor

Victory Home Remodeling is now hiring for an Installation Supervisor. We are one of the newest home renovation companies in the North East. Our company embellishes its core values. The Installation Supervisor is responsible for accurately measure projects to position our installation teams to deliver a 5-star home remodeling experience. This candidate will report directly to our Director of Operations and work closely with our installers, project coordinators, and warehouse/operations employees.

Our goal is to teach and train this individual Business Development and learn all about what Victory has to offer. This position has growth guaranteed. Leadership openings are not limited to our management team. It is something we encourage all of our team members to embrace and embody.

Drive to customer locations at appointed times and introduce Victory

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Review work order with customer and confirm products to be installed

Take accurate measurements and compare against sales representative measurements; discuss outcome with customer

Identify any important details that can be helpful to installers

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback

Strong attention to detail and demonstrated knowledge in taking precise measurements

Ability to carry and climb a ladder, willingness to work outside, even in inclement weather

Experience in residential remodeling preferred

Valid Driver's license

Relationship management skills and ability to take constructive criticism

Convenient Melville location, with different job locations throughout Long Island
