About the MIT Program:
Our Manager in Training program is designed to equip future Village Green leaders with the tools and experience they need to thrive in property management. As an MIT, you’ll rotate through key areas of our operations while learning directly from experienced leaders across departments.
You will receive hands-on training in:
• Marketing & Leasing Strategies
• Financial Analysis & Budgeting
• Human Resources & Team Leadership
• Resident Relations & Customer Experience
• Facilities & Operations Management
• Compliance and Industry Standards
You’ll work alongside property teams to gain a full-circle view of what it takes to lead a successful multifamily community at Village Green.
Who We’re Looking For:
• A motivated self-starter with leadership potential

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Previous experience in hospitality, sales, real estate, or management is a plus

- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or relative field
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and leadership
- The ability to multi-task and have strong time management
- Good supervisory and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner
- An excellent understanding of accounting practices and procedures
- Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel programs
