About Village

We’re a hypergrowth AI startup backed by top-tier VC firms. We’ve created a new paradigm for enterprise artificial intelligence with a breakthrough technology called Organizational Memory (OM1). It’s fundamentally reshaping how people do work.

Unlike any other AI product, OM1 builds a 'brain' for companies. It has both a deep contextual 'memory,' and knows what's happening in real-time across the business. It has all the output capabilities of a human employee in the company's connected apps.

Roles like Product, Engineering, G2M, and Management will never be the same. And while we’re starting by selling our technology to other software companies, we have the ability to serve many different industries. We're not just building another productivity tool. We're ushering in a fundamental revolution in how humans do work.

With proven product-market fit, rapid YoY ARR growth, and household-name customers, we’re expanding our team to dominate what will be a $10T+ industry.

And we’re only just getting started.

Drop us a line!

We encourage you to drop us a line even if you feel over- or under-qualified. We want to find the best people to help us build Village no matter who they are. We have a lot of different areas of responsibility and we are always happy to brainstorm with you about what would be the best fit.

Village Labs is an equal opportunity employer. We believe everyone should feel great about being their authentic selves at Village–this is the only way to do our best work! We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We believe that great employees come from diverse backgrounds.
