The recruiting coordinator processes applications and serves as the intermediate liaison between applicants and our onboarding team. The recruiting coordinator will utilize relationship building skills, the Preferred Applicant Tracking System, and professionalism to screen our diverse pool of candidates to support the onboarding of Home Health Aides.
