VIP Concierge Marketing Representative - job 2 of 2

Westgate Branson Woods is filling multiple positions in the VIP Check in Department as we continue to rapidly expand our award-winning resort!

No experience required.

As a member of our team, you will act as a concierge for both existing owners and resorts guests to provide exceptional service. This position offers full time work hours, weekly pay, and the ability to interact with guests on a daily basis.

This position offers a flexible work schedule, full benefits package including 2 weeks of paid vacation, health/vision/dental, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and company perks. As an OPC you will earn cash daily in addition to a weekly paycheck.

Responsibilities:

Books and sells local attractions tickets for potential timeshare purchasers.

Books and sells room nights at Westgate Resorts for potential timeshare purchasers.

Presents and arranges Westgate Resorts timeshare tours to qualified guests at various locations.

Provides concierge services to guests at various locations, including giving directions, providing attraction information, and information on special events.

Handles cash and follows established cash handling procedures.

Assists with other duties to benefit the operation.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with new people in an attentive, courteous, and service oriented manner.

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and be organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment and work individually and in a team dynamic.

Must enjoy talking to people and be energetic, dependable, and hardworking.

Must have a flexible schedule to assist with any needs or locations.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
