This is an exciting time to join our Marketing Team, as we strengthen our focus on growing our brand and deepening relationships with our clients.
As part of the Marketing team, the Manager will support the Senior Client Marketing Manager in identifying and creating new business opportunities for our clients and Visa, while strengthening our relationships on the market place and deepening our understanding of such a fast changing industry.
The Manager will take part to clients’ consultations to uncover needed product and payment marketing opportunities, to the development of holistic marketing plans, and to the implementation and measurement of campaigns, events and sponsorship activations to ensure clients’ satisfaction and coherence with our Brand communication.
The role is aimed also at having a full alignment with the Account Sales Team and the Visa Consulting Team in the definition of the Account plan. This will be done through leveraging Visa marketing & communications brand, assets and capabilities, to develop co-marketing programs which deliver measurable and mutually beneficial business outcomes. This role will focus primarily on co-marketing opportunities with a defined portfolio of key Italian and Global clients, although as with all small teams, some flexibility will be required to lead on other clients and cross functional projects, including the opportunity to champion subject matter areas and or initiatives.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
