Visa’s Global & North America Fintech Partnerships organization is responsible for managing the strategic partnerships and initiatives to advance the company’s innovation and growth agendas. The portfolio of partners includes global financial technology companies and other non-financial institutions with strong presence in the North American market.
The Fintech Partnerships Internship model is based on Visa’s core business and growth drivers to ensure program participants are gaining the capabilities and experience required to support the direction of the business and become future leaders at Visa.
Key responsibilities include supporting a team of global account executives in identifying and implementing partnership opportunities for a set of large Fintech client relationships. The role requires a curious young professional interested in partnerships and business development with a product solutioning mindset. On this team, the Intent will help identify potential deals and support the renewal of existing VISA partnership agreements. The Global & NA Fintech Partnerships team works closely with regional Fintech Partnerships counterparts, VISA's product and specialized sales teams, as well as other stakeholders such as Risk, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and others, to manage the partners’ needs while selling value-added services and executing partnership agreements that are typically complex, strategic, and cross-functional in nature.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $21.00 to $26.00 USD which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
