Team Overview
The Japan Client Relationship Management (CRM) team is accountable for managing client relationships with payment ecosystem stakeholders such as banks, financial institutions, platformers, eCommerce companies, wallet providers, etc.
The CRM team also works in collaboration with Product team, Marketing team, Consulting and Analytics team and other business function at Visa for the clients.
What a Sr. Business Development Manager does at Visa
The primary objective for this role is to manage relationships whilst identifying and executing on key business opportunities with platform clients, including Mobile Network Operators. This will center on understanding client objectives, business challenges and opportunities and collaborating with internal stakeholders to bring the best of Visa’s capabilities to help grow their business.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
