Distribution Representative - 90-100k Base plus commission must be located in Central PA -
Hybrid(mostly remote once a month in office but you HAVE to live somewhere in Central PA)
Key Focus: Develop and manage agency/brokerage partnerships to expand commercial lines
business across small to large markets in Central Pennsylvania.
Core Responsibilities:
• Identify and appoint new distribution partners
• Drive business growth through existing agency relationships
• Coordinate new business proposals and pre-renewal discussions
• Lead account planning and monitor performance
• Support agency onboarding and relationship management
Requirements:
• 5+ years commercial insurance experience (Marketing, Sales, Underwriting, or Distribution)
• Proven track record in commercial lines sales
• Strong agency relationships in Central PA market
• Expert knowledge of standard commercial insurance products
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Education:
• Bachelor's degree preferred (HS Diploma required)
• Commercial insurance certifications a plus
