Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
· Bachelor's degree required, ideally in quantitative field (e.g. engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, finance…).
· Master’s Degree in related fields a plus.
· 5 years above experience in Payment Industry, Consulting, Strategy, or Financial institutions
· Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing incremental growth. Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
· Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
. Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
· Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
· Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
· Team player with agile focus.
