Visa is looking for a Senior Project & Marketing Manager Belgium, Luxembourg. As a member of the France, Belgium & Luxembourg cluster, this key role is based in our Brussels office. You will report to the Senior Marketing & Client Marketing Manager Belgium & Luxembourg who report directly to the Head of Marketing FBL. As an experienced Project Manager and with marketing background, you will support and implement Innovation and Market Development Strategy. Ideate, develop and execute B2B, B2B2C and B2C go-to-market campaigns and events to drive brand and business value for Visa and its partners in Belgium & Luxembourg.
Define and deliver end-to-end go-to-market of the client Innovation and Market Development Strategy to Client (including projects, marketing and communications, and events), with keen attention to detail to the full customer and end user experiences
Collaborate as One Visa partner, endeavoring to break down silos with internal stakeholders (local and regional Marketing, Product owners, Visa Consulting & Analytics, and Client facing teams), to identity and execute upon opportunities to effectively market Visa products and services to Visa partners Clients (Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants)
Partner with local marketing to implement the creative and media agency recommendations to execute the integrated marketing and client marketing programs
Ensure the planned activities are aligned with key Visa priorities and client objectives and have well defined, measured and reported business and marketing KPIs
Conduct analysis and provide locally focused insights by leveraging data, metrics, to be shared with internal teams, senior management, and external clients
Manage and accurately report cross functional budgets
Work in a cohesive fashion with the rest of the FBL team to bring to market well-integrated marketing campaign concepts that drive brand and business growth
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
Relevant work experience in Project Management, Marketing or Client Marketing
Demonstrated track record in delivering project management programs in synergy with marketing campaigns that drive brand and commercial and successes
Strong influencing skills to persuade and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated curiosity and ability to incorporate innovative elements to consumer and customer journeys
Experience managing relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, agencies and other vendors
Good understanding of the Belgian and Luxembourg markets is mandatory, financial or payment knowledge is a plus

Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus, to be able to interact with international clients and partners, and Regional/Central/Global Visa functions
