VU Creative Manager, Graphic Design​/Motion Graphics

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-performing Creative Specialist to join our Visa University team. This role involves creating engaging visual content for our internal learning programs and digital channels. The ideal candidate will excel in both graphic design and video production, ensuring a consistent and creative communication strategy across all platforms.Responsibilities:Graphic Design:Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including internal communications, website banners, educational materials and templates .Develop and maintain brand identity materials, such as logos, style guides, and marketing collateral.Support the department with creative assets for various learning programs and initiatives.Motion Graphics & Video Editing:Create and edit motion graphics for various internal digital channels, including training videos, and promotional content.Develop engaging video concepts that align with company goals and employee engagement strategies.Incorporate animations, transitions, and other motion elements to enhance video content.Ensure all video content is consistent with company branding and messaging.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with the department team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
