Position: VP / Senior Director of Service Delivery and Process Optimization

The VP/Sr. Director will spearhead the transformation of our service delivery function, ensuring high-quality, timely client services while automating processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This leader will drive change management strategies, optimize billable resource management, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery Leadership
