Your tasks at a glance
Collaborate/Support with cross-functional teams to review current inventory management processes and recommend efficiency improvements;
Own the month-end inventory accounting process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of inventory-related reports;
Monitor CRM error reports related to inventory and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies;
Respond to inventory-related inquiries from clinics through a ticketing system, providing timely and accurate support;
Assist in the preparation and analysis of inventory budgets and forecasts;
Support clinics in conducting monthly physical counts and analyzing discrepancies;
Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, turnover, and other KPIs, such as CPE (cost per eye);
Validate and execute item creation in accordance with our Inventory Policy;
Assist the Inventory Manager with the annual fixed asset counts;
Contribute to various ad hoc projects and analyses as required by the finance department;
Support the inventory manager in his mission to standardize, improve and document consumable processes.
A clear view of your assets
You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst specializing in inventory management;
You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline (an asset);
Experience or ability to work in a flexible, fast and challenging environment;
Demonstrated ability to lead projects;
Proven abilities to map processes and challenge status quo;
Advanced Excel and/or financial modeling skills;
You have excellent communication skills in English and French;
Previous experience in the health industry and multi entities companies an asset;
Your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Solver BI360 is an asset.
