Remote-First Onboarding Coordinator - US Remote

Our Team:Play a key role in making remote working a towering strength of Cimpress & Vistaprint culture and a competitive advantage! Support remote-first team members globally with a primary focus on creating a world-class onboarding experience. This role presents an opportunity to demonstrate impact, build a phenomenal network, and support very visible outcomes. You'll meet people from around the world at all levels and learn a lot about how to get things done in a global business.What You Will Do:• Evangelize and role model remote-first best practices, tools and ways of working, taking ownership for the culture we want to create• Support the success and continuous optimization of Cimpress & Vista's Remote-First 100-Day Onboarding experience• Create and maintain team member facing Remote-First Onboarding documentation within the Remote-First Handbook (Confluence)• Create asynchronous learning paths in the learning management system (360Learning) for each cohort. Maintain & improve the courses included in the path• Maintain the Onboarding Coordinator Manual should any core processes or ways of working change• Own the global remote-first onboarding calendar and remote-first onboarding email inbox along with all related logistics. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling all virtual, live workshops and trainings, handling participant communications, and triaging new hires' incoming requests• Create communities in Slack for groups of new hires based on monthly start dates• Creating Slack channels• Managing members• Automating workflows• Responding to inquiries• Building and fostering engagement, community, and belonging• Facilitate introductions for our Remote-First New Hires to meet the broader Remote-First workforce so they feel seen and receive a warm welcome• In partnership with the Onboarding Manager, measure team outcomes through reporting & analysis including:• Reviewing new hire reporting in HRIS• Tracking completion rates of async courses & attendance of sync onboarding sessions• Analyzing feedback from our new hires and hiring managers via Peakon engagement surveys• Sharing key learnings within Remote-First Leadership Team, HR, and key stakeholders as appropriate• As bandwidth and interest arises, you will also have the opportunity support on projects optimizing the overall remote-first team member experienceYour Qualifications:At Vista, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture.
