People Operations Manager
Vitable Health is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture and achieving company goals.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment life cycle for select roles
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Administer performance review processes and provide guidance to employees
- Coordinate and deliver training programs on various HR topics
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data
