Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment life cycle for select roles
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Administer performance review processes and provide guidance to employees
Coordinate and deliver training programs on various HR topics
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data
