Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end interview process; conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical competencies and culture fit, scheduling interviews and providing timely feedback to candidates
Work with the team to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
Develop āalways onā talent pipelines, engaging active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, community engagement referral generation and other creative means
Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
Use data-driven metrics to improve recruitment strategies and provide insights into the hiring process
Lead initiatives on performance feedback
Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting
Work with Marketing to drive employer branding
Operations
Lead onboarding journey for new starters
Implementation and/or improvement of processes from hire-to-pay, employee lifecycle
Draft and implement People policies
Lead of implementation of employee benefits in line with company scaling
Work with Finance on monthly payroll and employment changes
You like to wear many hats. We are a small but mighty team, with a lot of things yet to be figured out. You are comfortable operating in such an environment.
Youāre comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to shifting priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build reportsĀ and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proven experienceĀ as a recruiter preferably in a start-up or fast-past tech company
ComfortableĀ working onĀ diverse positions throughout the organization e.g. sales, customer experience, product, engineering, finance, marketing
In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Excellent organizational skills andĀ attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely manner
Vendor management + contract negotiation experience
Experience hiring US based candidates
