Position Summary
We partner with companies to offer the GIThrive Program to their employees and dependents. We are looking for someone to join the Member Marketing team and support the member experience from recruitment through onboarding and retention. You will be working cross-departmentally with the Product, Client Success, Sales, Member Services, and the Care Team to support this B2B2C business.
Responsibilities Include:
Build, send, and report on comms across all digital platforms (email, SMS, push, etc.)
Assist with editing and occasional copywriting
Assist with pulling and analyzing data to report on key marketing metrics and client-specific campaigns
Work with tech/engineering to troubleshoot bugs in the marketing systems/processes
Develop internal communication processes around campaign metrics to keep the Client Success, Operations, and Product teams informed
Implement audience segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness
Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate content, links, and overall campaign functionality
Assist with developing and implementing customer journey workflows to enhance user engagement, streamline user onboarding, and optimize program utilization for members
Own and manage email and SMS campaign calendar to ensure that all plans align with marketing efforts and deadlines

Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a remote capacity
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
Copywriting skills is a plus
Graphic design skills is a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, SendGrid), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), social platforms, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
A/B testing proficiency for optimizing email and SMS campaigns
Highly technical and a quick learner
Experience with Iterable and HTML is a huge plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Knowledge of current marketing trends, techniques, and best practices
Quiet and professional dedicated workspace with secure high-speed internet access
