Voice Product Manager

We are seeking a Voice Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of our product strategy, driving growth and adoption in the international and LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for our Voice and Telco services with a focus on international and LATAM markets
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and support, to drive the development and launch of new products and features
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Drive product adoption and growth in target markets by developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategies that align with market needs and support revenue growth goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and ensure that our products meet those needs
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our CCaaS Telco products and provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Voice and/or Telco services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Engineering background is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of CCaaS and telecom industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Experience working in international and LATAM markets
  • Proven track record of driving successful product launches and growth
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including, but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the job across the United States. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package during your hiring process.

Additionally, the total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, stock, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Our total reward package also includes:

All compensation and benefits are subject to the requirements and restrictions set forth in the applicable plan documents and any written agreements between the parties.

The US base salary range for this role is below.

$114,600—$209,600 USD
