Technical Requirements

While your superpower is in development leadership, you bring a strong understanding of the technical environment, including:

  • 5 years of experience of building and leading dynamic development teams
  • 5+ years of experience working with Java/Spring Boot-based applications
  • 5+ years of experience with REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS or Azure)
  • 8+ years of experience understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile delivery practices
  • Comfort collaborating with technical teams on scalability, performance, and integration challenges
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and front-end technologies like React or Angular
