Build your future with Volt!Volt is immediately hiring for an Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager in Waco, TX.As an Accounts Receivable and Credit Manager, you will:• Set strategic direction for Accounts Receivables and Credit Risk Management.• Lead transformation initiatives to drive continuous improvement and visibility.• Ensure systems, policies, and procedures are in place to reduce risk and improve collections.• Implement programs to optimize ERP platform utilization.• Lead a team to manage credit risk, distribute invoices, and collect payments.• Manage relationships with regions to handle payment deviations and past due invoices.• Oversee credit risk management processes and maintain relationships with third-party collections.• Ensure timely processing of new customer applications and proactive account monitoring.• Manage invoice distribution strategy and ensure timely and accurate invoice distribution.• Implement effective collection plans and train collectors.• Analyze DSO and review accounts receivables.• Collaborate with regions to resolve customer inquiries and maintain proper recordkeeping.This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.• 7+ years of accounts receivable experience, with supervisory skills being a plus.• Strong computer skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, planning, and decision-making abilities.Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
