At Volt, our greatest strength is our peopleVolt is immediately hiring for Warehouse Team Lead in Jeffersonville, INClimate ControlledLong Term AssignmentJob AdvancementWeekly PayAs a Production Team Lead you will:• As a team lead, it is your responsibility to inspire and guide operators to meet safety, production, and quality objectives• You will ensure proper staffing and allocation of resources, collaborating closely with supervisors• You will also work closely with the quality and engineering departments to promptly address and escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow• Provide leadership to operators to achieve daily safety, Quality and Delivery goals• Responsible for ensuring conformance to all company policies, procedures, and work instructions• Regularly communicate team performance to employees and management• Conduct daily team meetings for proper communication and development of the production team• Resolves production problems and documents issues for discussion in meetings with Management, Engineering and Quality• Identifies training and cross-training needs and ensures completion of training records for the work cellThis is a long term contract opportunity.The ideal warehouse team lead candidate will have:• Minimum of 2 years experience as a production Team Lead• Computer literate (MS Office Suite)• Computer / Cell Phone / Tablet repair knowledge a plus• Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities• Be able to read, write and speak fluent EnglishPay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 per hours• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
