Provisioning & Order Management Specialist

We are currently looking for a Provisioning and Order Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Head of Telco IT Operations and will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the successful completion of the provisioning process and order completion for all new telco clients. The role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and company growth by resolving provisioning issues and monitoring the order fulfilment process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all new telco customers’ journey at every step of the order fulfilment procedure: internal OSS systems, OSS/BSS solution provider, external authorities (NRDBP-EBDAF) and ensure end-to-end successful order completion by working closely with internal and 3rd party sources/vendors
• Work closely with support/back office department and CRM and Digital channel sale channels, to resolve errors with the provisioning data, such as address mismatch, names mismatch and other validation errors
• Collaborate with IT support, Telco Network and Mobile engineers and all Sales Channels to ensure provisioning systems uptime and service continuity and availability
• Review when needed, port and new number orders from customers for accuracy
• Monitor all provisioning orders via available reporting and available data to ensure that all KPIs are met
• Monitor submitted number portability orders to ensure successful completion and compliance within requested timeframes
• Manage customer expectations on timelines and processes throughout the porting process
• Resolve order rejects with customers in a timely manner and escalate as needed
• Work closely with other technical groups to facilitate number activation

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Provisioning Specialist, Telecommunications Analyst, Order Management Specialist, Telco DevOps Engineer or Senior Telco Operator
• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar
• Knowledge of Order Management and Provisioning Chain
• Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex order failure scenarios
• Proficiency in using order management software and ticketing tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and KPI monitoring
• Unix-based systems and Amazon AWS services familiarity will be considered a plus
