If you are a strategic thinker, possess a wealth of experience in UX design, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we invite you to bring your talents to our dynamic team. You thrive in a collaborative environment, where you contribute to a friendly and supportive team while also engaging with the broader Volvo Group Connected Solutions global team, benefiting from knowledge sharing and other activities. The role   You will be in the forefront of strengthening the service offering & service packaging of Volvo Group Connected Solutions North America, by combining and conceptualizing key insights from our users and business.You will lead the end-to-end design process, set objectives based on desired user & business value, gather insights to form hypothesizes, facilitate workshops, conceptualize holistic overviews of the service offerings and test the concepts early, and often.You will translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and rapid prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, leading to intuitive user experiences. You will apply your findings to create detailed UI designs for the product and development team.As a Senior UX & Service Designer, you will also be a key player in establishing the design organization, sharing best practices, success stories, and approach new ways of working together with your design colleagues as well as the broader organization.Who are you?You are a curious, passionate and driven designer that have a strong background working with digital services, with at least five (5) years of UX and /or service design experience. You should know the design process and have a solid design toolbox, but it is equally important to have a drive to improve that toolbox by experimenting with new approaches and learning from success cases.You love to work in a cross-functional, agile & goal-driven setting, where you present, promote and lead key activities. You are comfortable in stakeholder management and presentations for senior management.
