Team Lead Talent Acquisition - CEO Staff

Our Strategy & Operations team is a small and top-performing team. We work on high priority projects across the organization, such as identifying new business opportunities, leading teams, and fixing operational and performance issues. In this team, you will lead complex initiatives to ensure we achieve our goals. All team members enjoy great autonomy in identifying problems, carrying out analysis, designing solutions and implementing them, whilst collaborating with teams across Voodoo organization.


You will be directly reporting to the Chief of Staff.


Role
  • Drives full-cycle recruiting for the CEO Staff teams (Strategy & Operations, Branding & Communication)
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team members dedicated to your BU.
  • Partners with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepares for and conducts intake meetings with proven knowledge of the talent landscape and maintains strong internal communication throughout the search
  • Cultivates employee candidate referral relationships and process, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomes
  • Dynamically sources passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles
  • Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle
  • Continually partners with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics


Profile
  • 7 years of experience in recruitment in Business and Leadership roles (executive, consulting, branding,..)
  • 3 years of management experience
  • Familiar with the fast-paced environment with big ambition
  • Ability to build a true business partnership
  • Great analytical and organizational skills
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented
  • Keen to provide a great candidate experience
  • Curious and business-oriented
  • Fluent in English and French
