Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs
- Source top-tier candidates and manage the assessment process
- Drive scalable talent strategies using industry best practices
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and external vendors
- Develop metrics to measure recruitment success

- Bachelor's degree in communications, human resources, or business administration
