Salary Range: $135700 - $278300 Salary
This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At One Call, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the VP of Digital Transformation will lead the company's transformation initiatives to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business process optimization, organizational development, and change management strategies, leveraging best practices, and emerging technologies. The VP of Digital Transformation’s primary focus will be on creating a business roadmap that will drive our customer experience strategy to success and will improve our cost to serve and position operations to scale existing and new products into more automated channels.
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive Transformation: 40%

Develop and execute a transformation roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Identify and assess opportunities for operational improvement across functional areas.

Spearheading change management strategies and tactics to communicate effectively across the organization and ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.

Establish and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver successful transformations.

Constantly operate with a customer centric mindset and ability to analyze most important components of customer engagement that can help drive business solutions and improve customer experience.
Streamline and Maximize: 40%

Collaborate with IT leaders to evaluate and implement emerging technologies that support transformational objectives.

Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and adoption of best practices.

Partner with the IT and Finance organization to identify technology solutions, appropriately model costs and impacts, and develop robust business cases to support transformative solutions.

Develop & leverage relationships and networks across the organization to create stakeholder groups to drive forward each element of a transformation roadmap and change management strategy.
Cultivate Talent: 20%

Lead and mentor a high-performance team to execute transformation strategies.

Ensures Digital Transformation team is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Ten (10) + years of experience in operational transformation, change management, or related roles, preferably in a leadership role.
Ten (10) + years in management or leadership role
