Reporting into the Consumer Business' Chief Operations Officer, and working closely with the Head of Product, this leader will be able to inspire the existing 30+ team, generate high-impact ideas and has the ability to deliver results across a variety of business objectives. You are a people-first leader that can unlock team and individual superpowers, creating a marketing culture for everyone to thrive and grow.
This seasoned marketing executive will serve as a thought leader in the company and will play an integral role in shaping the company's marketing strategy and drive the company's revenue growth. You are able to balance longer term vision with scrappy - meaning, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You understand the "do more with less" attitude balanced with making investments to propel the brand forward. Your responsibilities will span brand building, marketing launches, disease and therapeutic recruiting, product marketing, customer acquisition and all media. The organization will be distinguished by its speed of improving results through iteratively testing, learning and optimizing.
In this role, you will work closely with the consumer business leaders within the company to identify areas of growth from a business and audience perspective.
