About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced VP, Privacy and Compliance to support our Legal and Compliance Team. You’ll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field to help support our mission. As VP, Privacy and Compliance, you will direct and provide regulatory guidance to the corporate enterprise to ensure compliant privacy policies and procedures, conduct investigations, oversee monitoring activities and ensure timely response to privacy related complaints, concerns and regulatory inquiries. Your ability to direct technical and regulatory guidance while assisting in the identification, implementation and maintenance of Truepill's regulatory compliance, information privacy policies/procedures, consent/authorization forms and information notices/materials to ensure compliance with federal and state laws is required. Strong emphasis on telehealth requirements and oversight preferred.

Pay Range: $260,000 - $300,000 annually
