The Role & The Team:

This is a strategic and high-impact product leadership role directly reporting to the CEO. Druva platform team is responsible for delivering the foundational platform for all the services. It ensures a horizontal approach that provides the foundational building blocks and operational capabilities for all our SaaS services to deliver a common customer experience across customers and partners. The platform also opens up and accelerates go-to-market opportunities with product-led thinking and supporting a thriving partner ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

Own strategy and execution for Druva's platform, user experience & product-led growth
The role has 4 key areas of direct responsibility:

Platform execution: Platform services, APIs & ecosystem
Product-led growth: Accelerate existing or unlock new routes to market
User-experience: Customer experience, design
GTM products: Supporting OEMs, MSPs and other GTM initiatives

Partner with product leaders in adjacent groups to ensure consistent platform investment and adoption
Collaborate cross-functionally to build & execute business plans to find new product lead growth opportunities
Deliver the best customer experience in the category of data protection & resiliency
Embrace a data-centric model to run business
Manage a team of 4 Directors globally and one Principal Product Engineer

What We Are Looking For:

15+ years of experience in enterprise software
B2B SAAS experience
Have a clear understanding of markets and buyers
Take ownership, like a business owner, for the overall success of the products
Track record of bringing new products to life
A love for great UX and keen eye for detail
Technically deep and strong empathy for engineering
Ability to communicate vision, build & inspire a strong team, and a strong bias for action
Adhere to Druva immutable values - hungry, humble, and [people] smart
Understanding of data protection space with an emphasis on SaaS (preferred)
Experience as a founder or early stage employee at a tech startup (preferred)
