We are currently seeking highly motivated VP to lead our rapidly growing Search Marketing practice. Key tasks will include team leadership, establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, developing and administering Search and Digital account strategy, development of POVs for internal / external partners, mentoring of junior staff and championing a test/learn innovation culture.

20% - Drive new business engagements.

Drive new business from RFP completion, strategy development, prospective client pitch through transition to Horizon management
20% - Team management.

Manage direct reports to drive optimal output

Supervisory Responsibilities
In this position, you will directly manage Directors, Associate Directors, Managers, and Analyst-level team members.
Knowledge and Skills Required
-
10+ years’ experience directly related to Search Engine Marketing (Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.) with a focus on direct response campaigns (CPA, CPL, ROI, ROAS.)

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone, through email, and in writing.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

Strong command / expertise in managing bid optimization platforms (DART Search, Kenshoo, Marin.)

Advanced MS Excel fluency required (pivot tables, charts, vlookup, sumifs.)

Experience in leveraging site analytics programs for SEM analysis / insights (Google Analytics, Omniture, CoreMetrics.)
