Currently, they proudly offer programs at over 800 sites across the US, successfully serving thousands of students as evidenced by our 5 Star Google Business Review.Director Of Sales & Marketing RoleThe Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and overseeing overall sales and marketing strategy, including advertising and public relations. With a comprehensive, experience-led understanding of the US education industry, they strategically drive sales and marketing initiatives leveraging brand and spearheading expansion into emerging markets. Overseeing a team of sales managers, they use data-driven strategies to set goals, track progress, and boost overall performance. Reporting to the CEO, they develop and oversee departmental systems to ensure customer satisfaction and team success.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToAssign and monitor sales territories, target groups, and sales team quotasPrepare and submit plans, budgets, progress reports, and annual sales reportsMaintain a deep understanding and conduct regular analysis of the education industry, market trends, competitors, and funding sourcesDevelop and conduct sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and promotional plansManage HR functions within the sales department e.g., hiring, training, performance reviews, etc.Develop and oversee Regional Sales Managers' goals/objectives, projects, and prioritiesPerform duties of Regional Sales Managers, as relevantAct as company representative at trade conferences and conventionsQualificationsBachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Business Administration, or related field (required)MBA or equivalent (preferred)7+ years of sales experience (required)3+ years' experience in the education industry (required) (ideally in the public school/CBO sector with familiarity with federal/state stimulus programs such as 21st CCLC, ELOP, ASES, etc.)Passion for education and fostering the joy of learningAbility to anticipate and approach all problems with a solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently, set priorities, manage time, and multi-task with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentStrategic thinker able to manage competing priorities and interests simultaneouslyDemonstrate strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExperience and proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and various marketing tools (i.e., MailChimp, Constant Contact, GMASS, etc.)Why Join UsIn addition to joining a rapidly growing national educational enrichment service organization, you will be supporting youth nationally to foster a joy of learning and strengthen their 21st century life skills.
