Senior Director, Global Sales Development

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Director, Global Sales Development to build an SDR org for inbound and outbound success, focusing on scaling the business and guiding engineers towards DevOps excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coach front-line leaders and reps on pipeline generation/qualification
  • Evaluate and implement tooling to improve SDR productivity
  • Drive positive competition and culture in the organization
  • Identify, source, and close talented leaders and reps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for quality pipeline generation
  • Develop scalable approach for multi-channel pipeline generation
  • Work with enablement to prepare Account Executives
