Senior Director, Global Sales Development
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Director, Global Sales Development to build an SDR org for inbound and outbound success, focusing on scaling the business and guiding engineers towards DevOps excellence.

Responsibilities
- Coach front-line leaders and reps on pipeline generation/qualification

- Drive positive competition and culture in the organization
- Identify, source, and close talented leaders and reps
- Collaborate cross-functionally for quality pipeline generation
- Develop scalable approach for multi-channel pipeline generation
- Work with enablement to prepare Account Executives
