We specialize in customized client portfolios and provide active portfolio management led by an experienced investment team.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Financial Advisor/Partner. As a Financial Advisor/Partner, you will be responsible for providing investment advisory services to our clients. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being conducted at our Florida office, but with flexibility for some remote work.Ability to bring assets is a must, as most of the compensation will be variable.Salary + bonus + equity participation available for the right candidate.Qualifications• Ability to bring assets / HNW clients is a must, as most of the compensation will come from the advisor's ability to bring assets. Should bring the assets.• Series 65 or equivalent certification allows you to be registered as an advisor.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are highly preferred.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
