Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer role, in Little Rock, AR. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating print and digital products that adhere to brand guidelines while showcasing your creative abilities. You will work on a variety of projects, including Patient Manuals, advertisements, and digital content updates. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Responsibilities:• Build new Patient Instructions using established templates and an in-house style guide and following a client's requested branding.• Develop and update print and digital materials for healthcare-related content.• Design new print and digital articles for the content library.• Build and revise Digital Patient Manual using website-building platforms like Squarespace.• Collaborate with the Creative team to workshop editorial projects.• Conceptualize, design, and manage print/web editorial work, layout materials, and collateral.• Self-manage workload to meet project deadlines, including quickly shifting priorities as more time-sensitive projects arise.• Maintain high-quality standards in all design work while adhering to deadlines.• Remain proactive, highly organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.• Accept direction and work within design standards set for the brand.• Assist in website management, including updating content.• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and supporting team members in achieving common goals.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, proofreaders, and the hospital success team, to ensure alignment and consistency across all projects.Education/ Requirements:• Associate's degree, B.A., or B.F.A. in Graphic Design required.• Bachelor's degree in graphic design preferred.Professional Experience:• 1+ years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in print publications; 3+ years preferred.• Experience in web design, including familiarity with platforms like Squarespace or WordPress, is a plus.Skills:• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).• Proficiency with Mac OS.• Strong layout skills.• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.• Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines consistently.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Portfolio or Work Samples Needed to Apply:Please provide a link to your portfolio with your application.
