Role: Salesforce ArchitectLocation: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)Full TimeResponsibilities:• Lead Salesforce development teams and earn the respect of talented developers and administrators by:• Guiding the team to achieve important goals together leveraging Salesforce SDLC and best practices.• Providing leadership and expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns, and practices around Salesforce development.• Collaborate with other members of the delivery teams, including solution architects and technical leads, to evaluate solutions and gain consensus on technical direction.• Partner with various technology leaders and business stakeholders to translate program requirements into technical solutions and system designs.• Document and communicate designs, estimates, and implementation plans to program stakeholders.• Participate on several development project teams with the perspective to ensure all standards and processes are followed, good designs and quality documentation is created before handoff of a project to the support team.• Customize, Enhance, and Integrate Salesforce.com applications.• Perform architectural analysis and designs for systems across Salesforce's tenants.• Build technology solutions, aligning both business and technical considerations.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.• 12+ years' experience to related field.• 5+ years' experience in architecting Salesforce applications.• Working knowledge of Salesforce tools and technologies -- Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, Apex API's and data loader.• Experience with service-oriented/event-driven system architectures and building high performance distributed systems.• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with technical and non-technical parties.• Excellent customer service orientation.• Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities, effective time management.• Strong analytical skills: effective decision-making skills with the ability to appropriately exercise independent judgment.• Strong quality orientation with an attention to detail and accuracy.• Ability to work independently, as well as effectively function as a member of the Salesforce Team.• Accountability; strong work ethic.• Integrity, ability to maintain and work with confidential information.• Strong Microsoft Office skills to include MS Word & Excel.
