Our firm offers a quiet and flexible work environment with a casual dress code and ample opportunities for professional growth.Job Type: Full-time/Part-timeKey Responsibilities:• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for small businesses, individuals, and trusts.• Perform accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including QuickBooks reconciliation.• Handle payroll taxes and related projects.• Engage in tax planning and projection activities.• Assist with various accounting projects as assigned.• Provide one-on-one training with our experienced CPA/Owner.• Participate in all firm engagements, contributing to the firm's growth and success.Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years of tax preparation experience.• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws.• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.• Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience working with high-net-worth clients.• Previous experience in a CPA firm.• Familiarity with accounting for trusts and estates.
