For our office in Vilnius, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the company and support the Talent & Culture Operations. The position will report to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills with a passion to create an engaging work environment. This role will ensure the smooth organization of the office in Vilnius while providing support to the HR Manager on specific processes such as recruitment, hiring, onboarding, offboarding across all our locations.
Responsibilities:
o Ensure smooth running of the office.
o Organize team/company events.
o Provide support for the employee onboarding, offboarding and other internal HR processes.
o Provide support for the recruitment process (post positions, screen candidates, schedule interviews).
o Maintain the communication with external parties (e.g: migration office, third party providers).
o Support internal communication and ensure that all Talent & Culture related information are up to date on our intranet
o Ensure the accuracy and update of the employee database.
Salary range: 2000-3000 EUR (gross)
